Concept & Goals:
The Developer’s Summit provides a platform where developers of all levels can come together to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and learn from industry experts. The goal of the design system was to establish clear graphical elements and strong colors to help attendees navigate and connect with the event experience overall.

Type & Color

The conference visuals use the core colors that nod to primaries that make up digital renderings: red, green and blue. The dark base is derived from dark mode in developing tools.

Using the typeface Industry Inc paired with Source Sans immediately creates the connection related to computers and technology, an immediately recognizable aspect in in the community.

Graphical Accents

Wide sweeping shapes convey a dynamic and constantly changing industry. Carrying the primary RGB colors provides the sweeping lines maximal use of contrast against the dark background. With building block accents that can be combined in a multitude of patterns.
